Handmade Resin Lamp Products

• Our epoxy resin lamps are handmade to order and individually hand-poured and finished.
• Because every resin lamp is handcrafted, slight variations in color, clarity, small air bubbles, resin patterns, and natural wood grain may occur. These characteristics are normal and make each piece unique.
• Product photographs are provided as accurate representations. Your handmade resin lamp will closely resemble the product shown but may not be completely identical.
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of the materials.
• We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing.
• If we discover an error affecting a product or order, we may correct the information, contact you for instructions, or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• An order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
• We cannot fulfill a requested customization

Production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Once crafting or personalization has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom or personalized resin lamps are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, faulty, or different from the approved order details.

Shipping and Delivery

Our handmade resin lamps are made to order and ship directly from our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because each epoxy resin lamp is handmade to order, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted. However, customers may submit a claim if an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
