Shipping Policy

Every item is handmade to order in our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, and shipped directly to you with tracking. Because each product is individually handcrafted, please review the processing and estimated delivery times below before placing your order.

Order Cutoff and Processing

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 AM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because every item is made to order, please allow 14–21 business days for your order to be crafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment. Our handling days are Monday through Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, shipments travel Monday through Friday and generally require approximately 7–14 business days to reach all supported destinations.

Total estimated delivery time: 21–35 business days.

This estimate includes:

• Processing and handling: 14–21 business days

• Shipping transit time: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Rates

• Orders valued at $500 USD or more: Free shipping

• Orders valued under $500 USD: Flat-rate shipping of $20 USD per order worldwide

These shipping thresholds are calculated using the order value in US dollars. If you shop in another currency, the corresponding amount will be displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Your exact shipping charge will always be shown before payment. There are no hidden shipping fees.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the local currency selected for your country and may be converted using the applicable exchange rate.

Any applicable sales tax or other required tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The checkout total—including the product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes—is the total amount you will pay to us.

Please note that customs duties or import charges imposed separately by authorities in the destination country may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Order Tracking

We will email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information after the stated processing period, please contact us at support@resinlamp.shop.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for an order delivered or sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your shipment may be lost, please contact us at support@resinlamp.shop. We will contact the shipping carrier and open an investigation where appropriate.
